I have a question regarding data mappin of Customer Service Insights: when I change the data mapping, are this changes affecting to the whole organization? If another user logs in, will he see the report with the data mapping changes that I have done or each user has to configure its own data mappings?
Hi there - the data mapping is tied to the Customer Service Insights workspace where the mapping occurred, similar to other settings like topic granularity and topic feedback. If you create the workspace and share with your users then everyone will see the same reports based on the same mapping. However if a user chooses to create a new workspace (even against the same environment) then they would have to reconfigure mapping if it was required.
