Do you want to learn how to make your CRM work for you? Do you want to guide your sellers with the right insights and information about their customers? Come learn about the Dynamics365 Assistant (also known as Relationship Assistant) and the Assistant Studio at our Microsoft Business Applications Summit 2019.
The Dynamics365 Assistant enables you to drive insights and actions to your sellers through the tools they use every day. Helping them navigate the sea of information by using AI to highlight the most important things to focus on daily.
Right away, you can start using the Assistant to let your sellers know that they haven’t contacted an important customer in a while or that a proposal is due. The Assistant is a new way to engage with your sellers to help shape how they prioritize customers and their day.
Learn about some of the out of the box insights and actions “cards” our customers are already benefiting from.
To take the Assistant even further, we have recently started the preview for Assistant Studio as part of Sales Insights. The Assistant Studio is a low code approach for you to create new actions and insights for your sellers. The studio leverages the power of Microsoft Flow to leverage data from anywhere within Dynamics or systems like SharePoint, SQL servers, and many other services to create even more meaningful recommendations for their sellers within the Dynamics 365 Assistant.
By using AI and the Assistant Studio, organizations can now guide sellers to improve relationships with customers or faster reach their quotas. And because it is built on top of Flow, your partners can add their own insights and actions for you to take advantage of.
