I am using Dynamics 365 CRM online trail version. I created a new dashboard & trying to use relationship assistant in it. But it's not working/showing up. Any reasons ?
Does the Email engagement feature gets enabled on email only after the email is sent ? If it's in Pending Status , does it still shows the progress/status bar of email as shown in Email Engagement feature ?
Thank you for starting using the relationship assistant, and I'm sorry to hear it is not working. Can you provide more details about what you see?.
As for Email Engagement, if the email is in pending status, it is possible it was send from Dynamics 365.

I have tried on my environment (sandbox v9.0 online) and I also did not find the relationship assistant on my dashboard.
We have confirmed this error and summitted a ticket about this to Microsoft Team.
We will notify you immediately if there is any latest information.
In order for relationship assistant to work it first has to be enabled through the settings area. This is not available i all regions yet so that could be a factor for you.
In order to enable it you will have to:
Go to Settings > Sales AI.
To open the Relationship assistant configuration page, select Configure on the Relationship assistant tile or select the Relationship assistant tab.
Configure which cards to use in your organization and fine tune their behavior. Work with these settings as follows:
On top of the page, select Save to save your settings.
