Is anyone else unable to successfully uninstall the Sales AI solutions, primarily the Predictive Opportunity Scoring solution? Includes a side-effect of not being able to export the Default solution out of the system.

1.As I known, AI for Sales is an application which includes many solutions such as Relationship analytics, Predictive lead scoring, Predictive opportunity scoring and so on. About the issue of could not uninstall Predictive Opportunity Scoring solution, we have raised a ticket to Microsoft to analysis it and we will notice immediately if there is any information.

I have tried deleting Predictive Opportunity Scoring solution in my environment and here is the issue. Do you have the same error? If not, please share more information like error log or issue screenshot.
2.I thought you were talking about the solutions of AI for Sales because you mentioned it in the first question.

Hi Leo - The information you have provided in your response is very inaccurate. Could you please delete your post so the entire community is not mislead?
1) Of course it is a solution. Yes, it shows up in applications...but that makes no difference. Microsoft represents them as applications in the deployment manager, as you have shown in your screenshot, but stating that they are not solutions is incorrect.
2) The "Default Solution" is the solution that shows up when you go to Settings->Customizations->Customize the system. This solution contains everything in the CRM organization. It does allow exporting managed solutions but requires the manage solution to exist in the target, or the import into the target will fail. When you open this solution in CRM, it literally has a Display Name of "Default Solution". Your screenshot showing you can't export a managed solution is completely off topic.

Almost the same error, we received that one too...but if you want to get to the next error then you should do as the log suggests and uninstall predictive lead scoring...after that uninstalls, try again to uninstall the opportunity predictive lead scoring...or try exporting the default solution...either will give you the same error.
In your last response, on item #2, I can confirm that I am in fact talking about the solutions of AI for Sales. I'm not sure why you think the Predictive Lead & Opportunity scoring solutions are not related to Sales for AI but they absolutely are. Just read the disclaimer in "Settings -> Sales AI" under the heading of "Dynamics 365 AI for Sales" which reads "Install Dynamics 365 AI for Sales to enable Relationship analytics, Connection insights, Predictive lead scoring and Notes analysis."
The title of this thread is specifically a warning for the community that this solution has not even passed normal alpha testing standards, the most basic of which being that managed solutions should always be uninstallable...which Microsoft clearly hasn't tested prior to making this available to thousands of organizations.
Not only that, but the predictive scoring solution clearly hasn't been tested. In the configuration screens, the REST queries used to validate that enough qualified & disqualified leads exist, attempts to do this in single REST statement without using aggregate fetch, which fails in instances where the first 5000 results returned are all of the same status. And even passed that issue, the results are timeouts (which you have to network trace since the error responses aren't logged to the UI)
The possibilities which will be going to manage the overall part that sounds great to make you aware regarding the AI sales through errorcode0x.com/fixed-firefox-couldnt-load-xpcom that must be going to change the default solution that side effect to it.

I there any resolution to this as im now stuck in the horrible support we get from Microsoft in Asia Pacific. They cant fix anything and just give lip service to anything we raise.
MS ticket number is 119012919606541. open for 2 weeks with the normal.. = nothing useful.. no resolution. and dead crm.!
When we try to uninstall predictive lead scoring then the following error occurred:
"This solution cannot be uninstalled because the 'CustomControlResource' with id '738ce2ad-a325-4bbf-928b-7ddff15f6366' is required by the 'BaseCustomControlsCore' solution. Uninstall the BaseCustomControlsCore solution and try again."
You could raise a new ticket to ask support engineer to run a mitigation script outlined in FDR to resolve issue, this is a generic mitigation script that can be run on the org DB to unblock uninstallation/upgrade of the sales/marketing solution.
If the engineers don't know what to do, you can ask them to refer to my escalation ticket 119011719559529.

Our Dev team is working on the issue here is what we found out :
“ The issue in this case is that there are labels for the worflow in both version of the solution: PredictiveLeadScoring and PredictiveLeadScoring_Upgrade, but the workflow only exists in PredictiveLeadScoring_Upgrade. Since the workflow only exists in PredictiveLeadScoring_Upgrade, the platform has to delete all its children (starting with labels) but it can't because the label has rows in other solutions (PredictiveLeadScoring)
Upgrade of PredictiveLeadScoring: Evidence points to a solution author problem. The _Upgrade is missing a SavedQuery.
Uninstall of PredictiveLeadScoring_Upgrade: A workflows apparently was deleted and their labels (and possibly other child components) were are left behind “
