the business and what i need to do:
we have 2 N:N entities A and B (1st relation) , one opportunity can only one value for A and A is lookup in the opportunity (2nd relation) while the same opportunity can have multiple values for B ,so B is represented by a grid on the opportunity (3rd relation ) the problem is that we need to filter the list from which the grid.
retrieve the B values based on the A value selected in the lookup field , so that the user can only add values of B those are already related to the A value selected (the first relation) . so on the opportunity level you can only select from B values related to the A value selected. we need to filter the results displayed on clicking the + button on the B grid on the opportunity to display only the B instances already related to the A value selected in the lookup field on the opportunity
Sorry for my late reply.
According to your description, do you mean you want use A to filter B, like Countries and provinces?
If so ,you could refer to this blog.
Hope it helps.
