Is it possibile to adding tags, hashtags to customers and contacts with relevent info?
And after that to be able search in CRM among specific hashtag?
Eg. i write down #toys and i have results with all contacts and customers related to #toys.
I have not found any information about OOB tag feature in Dynamics 365 yet.
According to your requirement, I recommend you to create a custom entity Entity1 which has 1:N relationship with contacts and customers (one Entity1 record relate N Contact and Customer records).
So each Contact and Customer is related to a tag and we could get data by filtering the tag fields in Contact and Customer entity.
