what entity is current Sales AI is in Dynamics 365, on my production i could not find the Sales AI under the settings , so i though i should add that using sitemap, but i could not figure out which entity is Sales AI in CRM, any help would greatly appreciate
Do you have Sales AI enabled for your environment? Please note that Sales AI is not yet avaialble to all Geo's so it might not be enabled to your D365 environment / instances.
If you are sure that Sales AI is enabled for your environment, then sometimes the Sales AI link disappears and you just need to delete your cache and re-open the browser.
I have had the same issue before and it was fixed by clearing cache.
If you do have Sales AI and it is still not showing after all of the above, then you should raise a ticket with Microsoft support.
AI for Sales is not an entity, it is an application, so you could not add it as an entity on a sitemap.
First of all, please make sure you have Sales AI enabled. Go to Dynamics 365 Administration Center and check if there is Dynamics 365 AI for Sales under APPLICATIONS.
1. Please try the way Mohamed recommends, clear your browser cache and cookies, and try another browser to see if it works.
2. Under the Settings of your environment, is there an icon called Relationship Insights? It's actually Sales AI.
3. If none of the above is useful, try adding it to your sitemap using a URL. Below is a screenshot of Sales AI in the sitemap in my environment.
In addition to the URL must be the same, the other two parameters can be customized.
After adding it back to the sitemap, could you access it normally?
Hope this helps.
