i just want to ask what is the difference between AI for Sales (opportunity form) and Opportunity (opportunity form)?
AI for sales if the latest Microsoft offering which is based on Artificial Intelligence to provide more insights to your data. The opportunity (Opportunity) is the classic form to be used. You can read more about AI for sales here-
If you are concerned which form to use then go for classic form (not the AI).

Dynamics 365 AI for Sales enables salespeople to build strong relationships with their customers, take actions based on insights, and close sales faster.
The Predictive opportunity scoring of Dynamics 365 AI for Sales provides a scoring model to generate scores for opportunities in your pipeline. This model assigns a score between 0 and 100 for opportunities based on the signals from opportunities and related entities such as contact and account. Using these scores, you can identify and prioritize opportunities that have more chances of converting into wins.
In AI for Sales opportunity forms, you can use the Opportunity Score widget to see the top 10 reasons that are influencing the opportunity score. These reasons come from the opportunity attributes and attributes from the related entities. This helps you to analyze and work on the opportunity to improve the score and convert it into a win deal.
