I'm unable to connect Sales Insights with Azure. I followed the instructions in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/ai/sales/configure-conversation-intelligence-call-data 

  • Created a new Blob storage in Azure
  • Uploaded 10 .wav files
  • Create the corresponding json files for each one
  • Added the data source to Sales Insights (connection string)


  • The json files disappear from Azure the moment I connect the data srouce
  • The .wav files remain in Azure (not deleted)
  • I get an error in Sales Insights saying: There was a problem setting up your app.
