Happy Monday! I realized it just now that half of the year is gone & we are still stuck in COVID-19 situation. Life is unpredictable I knew, but this is too much. Coming back to today’s blog, I hope your email shoot out too. Mine did!
Let us read on what happens after the email is sent out to customers. Customers will start receiving it no doubt but on Dynamics 365 side, we will see that the Email Send record is present under ‘Sent’ view now.
If we open that Email Send, we will see that the Email Statistics section has been enabled & numbers would start populating against it soon as & when records for the individual customer start syncing back.
Further, we will have an overall performance section that would have a graphical representation of the above numbers. In addition to that it will also inform us about the excluded recipient if any, & details around it.
We will take in detail of Email Stats on next Monday. Have a nice week ahead!
If you want to get support or talk to super helpful support agent you can always go to https://support.clickdimensions.com/hc/en-us
Note – All these stats will reside in your Dynamics 365 CRM.
Keep reading, keep enjoying, keep exploring!
