Neil Parkhurst is a freelance Dynamics 365 consultant and Microsoft MVP. He has worked in IT since the 1980s and for most of those 30+ years has been involved with Microsoft technologies.

As the author of, Neil frequently publishes posts aimed at helping people learn Dynamics 365 and pass Microsoft certifications. He also comments on many of his favorite aspects of Dynamics 365 technologies including Unified Service Desk, Field Service, Project Service Automation and Dynamics 365 for Marketing.
