Hi, I am unable to create a project on lcs.dynamics.com. It is saying "Methodology is required". There is nothing to select in the Methodology dropdown. How do I create methodologies so that I can select one?
Moved the question to the Dynamics 365 Retail forum.
Can you tell if you are affiliated with a partner or customer? If there is a partner agreement, you can create new projects if your email is the organizational account and if you have the correct user type on LCS. You can check this with your administrator.
If you are a customer, then Microsoft will create the implementation project.
I believe when I setup my account I selected "Customer" instead of "Partner". I didn't think it mattered at the time. Can my administrator change my account type to "Partner"?
Hi s4rn,In order to see if this is possible, please create a support incident as this would require reviewing your login information which is not possible through the community forums.
I think you would want to select LCS -> Deployment when submitting this.
Please let me know if you have any questions.Todd
