I had uninstalled a working Modern POS and was trying to re-install it from scratch. There was no change in the data in HQ, but I sent a full sync-9999 anyway to refresh the store database. I had re-installed the RSSU as well.
Unfortunately, came across a new error during the activation of the MPOS:
"The web request is malformed and couldn't be processed"
Any idea how this can be resolved? No changes were done in the visual profiles settings:

We need to see further information from the retail server event viewer logs to better understand this issue.

Thanks for your response. Actually, after checking for updates in Commerce Parameters and downloading and installing the latest versions of RSSU and MPOS, the issue did not occur again.
Still not sure of the root cause behind the error, but it's not present anymore.
Good to know that the issue is resolved now, yes, it could be due to the version miss-match but we need to analyze the logs further and understand the root cause.
