In d365 commerce how could i create return order in e-commerce website
Depending on your business case, return process for ecommerce orders can be fulfilled in multiple ways. Either in store on through callcenter.
Version 10.013 has introduced new features and capabilities around this topic.

This capability does not yet exist in standard product. The shopper can not initiate a return request from the e-commerce site. Providing this capability is in our backlog. For now a return order can only be created through HQ or POS.
Is creating a return order in e-commerce still in the backlog?
The "Cancel Order" feature from E-commerce is still in the backlog, It is planned to be released in 2022 wave 1.
