We are using Microsoft e-commerce web site, and we've configured product hierarchy and run related jobs.
Now we can see all the products from the home page from search, as below
then if we click on the first product, we could not get the details, the result as below
But there are also some product we can open the detail page
We did not do extra setup/configuration for the latter product, and we could not find out what the difference between these products. Can any one help provide some suggestion how we can resolve this issue?
Thanks very much for your confirmation!
I've tested my scenario as below
1. We have the products assorted in the product hierarchy, as below
Then I run job 'process assortment', and after that I run '1040' and '1150' jobs, after their status be 'applied' i go back to the e-c web site, and the issue still continues. Please help confirm if I missed any step, much appreciate for your help!
It would be great, if you can share the Dynamics 365 & RCSU build number, as well.
Much thanks for the detailed guidance, I did at a wrong 'full sync' in the first try.
Now I followed your detailed steps and I am sure there is no "Excluded" products in the assortments.
I have again do online store update publish, and do full sync for jobs 1040, 1070 and 1150, after all these jobs status be applied, I go back to e-c web site, and the issue not resolved.
The related products detail page still show 404 error.
our Dynamics 365 version is 10.0.12
and the RSCU build number is 9.22.20282.7 (10.0.12)
