Our client wants to exclude discounted products from loyalty programs so customer should not earn points for discounted products. Based on what I know, the only way to do is by adding and removing categories from loyalty schemes. But this is not practical as products are under different categories.
Any other way to do it?
Try Like below, if not working there is no other way than customizing.
Note: Each customer should be in 2 affiliations.
We are giving discount product wise at this moment so I doubt if this will work. Some suggested using supplementary category and adding products to it. Not sure how that would work but Thanks !
