I am setting up discounts in D365 F&O Call center. I am unable to achieve Shipping threshold discount applied on to a Sales Order(Call center). I have gone through the Microsoft docs (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/retail-shipping-discount). The content at the last paragraph states "These discounts will also be available for call center orders in a future release of the app. ".
Did any one able to achieve Shipping threshold discount on Call center Sales orders? Or which release Call center orders will be available to use Shipping threshold discounts?
Currently I am working on 10.0.15 ( Update39 (7.0.5816.35651) ). Any help is appreciated.
I just set this up in my 10.0.15 Demo environment, and can confirm the shipping threshold discount is working with call center.

With the Discount Disabled you can see the charge shows up on the order summary:
With the Discount enabled, the charge does not show up since I have the discount set to 100% off:
