I have a strange issue, some of the transaction from POS (RCSU Topology) has not synchronize to Head office. We have transaction consistency checker enabled, but still it was not caught during the statement posting process. We were able to find when we were reconciling. Though I have raised a ticket with Microsoft, but just wanted to know anyone else has same issue.
Does anyone have idea how to bring this transaction to back office?
This is good you created a ticket to us, so we will investigate the case. Please update this thread once you get a solution, so any other community member can use it.
In addition, could you please provide more details there about the issue itself? Do you know what kind of transactions are not coming to the statement?
These are normal cash and Carry transaction, we have found this has happened only on 28th Jan 2021. we have not heard any information on why this has happened in the first place from Microsoft.
