I found that task recorders can be created on POS as guides in the same way you can do it in D365.
I used this guide to configure my register to allow for task recordings: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/task-recorder-retail-pos
I could successfully create a recording, save it to my PC and upload it to LCS BPM. The System parameters have been configured to sync the BPM Library to D365 so task recorders can be used as user guides.
But in POS when I go to the Help section none of my recordings/guides are pulling through.
Has anyone made use of this functionality before that can guide me?
I will leave this for the community to answer. Let's see if anybody has experienced the same and can advise for you anything.
