For customer's that have a return policy of x number of days from purchase, is it possible to enforce this at the POS?
For returns processed through POS, is it possible to leverage advanced auto charges to associate a restocking fee for returns? Because return transactions and return orders (return of a customer order) leverage separate means for establishing the 'return reason code' (transactions use info codes, customer orders us return reason codes), curious if anyone has implemented this with out of the box functionality.
