For customer orders in POS, it's a cumbersome process edit the cart in the event you wish to add or remove lines. In many order fulfillment scenarios, the cashier would need a way to quickly add items in an upsell scenario when a customer comes to pickup their order that they either placed on the web, at another store, or through Call Center.
