I am unable to create a case in the Unified Interface. The "New Case" button is missing in the ribbon. This issue is only with the Case entity. Other entities are working fine.
Can you cross check the below setting -
Under entity properties, Outlook & Mobile >> Enable for mobile >> Read-only in mobile
Hope this helps.
Thank you Ravi. That solved the issue.
Thanks Ravi. It worked.
I tried to do same i.e, cross checking Under entity properties, Outlook & Mobile >> Enable for mobile >> Read-only in mobile.
but "Enable for mobile >> Read-only in mobile" is disabled.
i am trying to do this for "sharepoint site" entity, which is not custom entity.
Is it in UI you have this issue? Can you share a screenshot?
Yes it is in UCI.
I tried to do i.e, cross checking Under entity properties, Outlook & Mobile >> Enable for mobile >> Read-only in mobile.
i am not able to attach screenshot here!
Did you find a workaround? im facing the same behavior with Opportunity Close entity.
please follow the below steps as mentioned by Ravi
we raised the ticket with Microsoft related to it. They resolved the issue.
In my case issue was with "sharepoint site" entity, which is not custom entity.
I tried to do "cross checking Under entity properties, Outlook & Mobile >> Enable for mobile >> Read-only in mobile".
but "Enable for mobile >> Read-only in mobile" was disabled.
When we asked for the changes they did, they told like they changed the read-only flag at very back end in database level.
