Questions:1/ Can the Dynamics 365 for CRM run on-premise and on-cloud?.2/ Where can I find the the price list, user licence of Dynamics 365 for CRM run on-premise and on-cloud?3/ I want to find the whitepaper introduce the software requirements of Dynamics 365 (on-premise and on-cloud).

You really need a partner to help you out. The answers are not that easy.
D365 will run on-prem or coud but Cloud will always be ahead of on-prem
It will easily connect to all that you mentioned above but it isn't out of the box per se. Some configuration needed.
