I am seeking for your help on the below issue after installing Dynamics CRM 365 v9 on-premise. I am trying to enable the Arabic language package but I got the below error, please advise

Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=22.214.171.124, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: Cannot insert duplicate key exception when executing non-query: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand Exception: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'cndx_PrimaryKey_Report'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ReportBase'. The duplicate key value is (dfc58ace-1d43-e911-a2c9-005056ad3ae3, 0, Mar 10 2019 10:18AM).
Good day Islam Ramadan,This is a know issue that when customer may met the 'Duplicate Record' issue when install language package at Dynamics365 V9 OP environment.
Error Details like the below:

Currently I would suggest you to post a ticket for this issue and support engineer would give you a COD hotfix (must older than V126.96.36.19941) which is based on your D365 Server basic package language. Or you could contact me by private mail while I only have hotfix based on basic English and Chinese package.
