looking for some help with adding YouTube videos to dynamics customer service portal.
appreciate this is easily done by adding the share/embed code IFrame from the YouTube video to the local content of the portal web page.
however looking to see if its possible to create a customer entity in Dynamics with the Iframe code for the video in a Field and then front that out on the portal.
