D365 could provide system automatically notification to contact customer when you set SLA reminder operation in Service Level Agreement Settings.
While it won't help on 'automatically and dial phone number of customer, and can record the conversion between the telesale and customer'.
I found some application like 'Power Phone' or 'TelephoneIntegration: Phone to Dynamics Connector' which could provide caller recognition, screen-pops and automated creation of Dynamics 365 records like phone activities or leads.
You could search them from D365 App source while I haven't found any D365 OOB or APP could help on auto dial Phone number and record conversation. They just could help automatically new D365 activity records when there're incoming or outgoing call activity.
