What is the License Upgrade path from 8.2 to 9.0? Our sales rep is telling us there is no upgrade path and we have to pay outright for 9.0, but I have seen people on here saying that with the Volume License portal that they can. Would really appreciate someones help.
We met the similar request before:
In that ticket, customer finally go to the original Customer self-service center like VLSC where you bought the product key and download the V9.0 Server. If you download your V9 installation media from VLSC and extract the contents, you should find your product key in a file called license.txt at location \server\amd64\license.txt.
