A case field cannot be deleted because it has dependencies on multiple processes with the name "Default Routing Ruleset". These processes appear to have been created from a routing ruleset. However, deleting the routing ruleset does not remove the processes, and the system does not allow the processes to be deactivated, activated, or deleted.
Has anyone seen this before? Or, is this something where we need to raise a ticket with Microsoft?

Setting up Routing Rules creates a background workflow and they are not managed in the same way as other workflows.
Please update existing routing rule (remove the dependency in the existing set) via removing the dependency and activate.
Activate a completely new routing rule set. (not sure about this one...can try)
Before you raise a ticket try things suggested by BA365Guy.
Ticket will be your last option todo.
