Has anyone been able to integrate between Dynamics 365 and teamviewer? after installing the eamViewer Remote Support for Dynamics 365 from the Microsoft store nothing happened on Dynamics 365 side no new entities related to TeamViewer was created once the application is installed it just stays at "Not Configured". Tried to manage it with my dynamics accounts and it just keeps taking me to the same guide that has no configuration options and I cant use it at all.
Any help ?

Installing the TeamViewer application is optional. In case you do not install TeamViewer, a run-once version of TeamViewer is downloaded when you try to join/initiate a TeamViewer session. Else, the TeamViewer window will be opened automatically. We recommend installing the TeamViewer application as this will reduce the time required to join a session. However, please note that you will need administrator access on your system in order to install TeamViewer.
To install the TeamViewer App, follow the below steps:
1) Download the TeamViewer installer by invoking the following URL: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup.exe
2) Run the downloaded application. Choose the “Basic Installation” option as shown below and then click the “Accept – Finish” button
I try to explain my problem to a lot of people but fail to explain correctly. The problem is with installing the app on the dynamics 365 side I mean the solutions themselves of teamviewer within dynamics 365.
After downloading / installing the addon from appsource https://appsource.microsoft.com/en/product/dynamics-365/teamviewergmbh.teamviewerdynamics365
Can you please delete solution which was installed from setting and try to reinstalled again ..
The problem that has no solution installedAnother installation does not install anything
Please validate version of CRM and validate that version is support team viewer or not.
Again, all articles refer to the fact that the solution is easily installed from appsource (which is not the case) my problem is very initial, I don't even have configuration entities to link to my teamviewer account
