After enabling agent scripts within Omnichannel, I need to find a way of only showing a specific agent script based on information passed through via Java, i also then need to find a way of the agent script refreshing without the browser being refreshed is this possible? I have a telephony integration into Omnichannel and need to see if I can find a way of refreshing the script panel but not the D365 app.
