We received an email from a customer, and the status is Draft. I thought only outgoing emails could be in Draft. How do I set the status to Received on this one record? The email record was created by CRM SystemAdmin, so I logged into that account and the field is locked so I can't update it on the Email entity.
Hello Tina Silver,
This is strange, when a new Email arrived the Email should be in Received Status only. Hope there is no code running behind the scene.
