What's the reason for requesting an 8-9 years old registered domain invoice, since you already have submitted all legal business documents through the Microsoft partner center, and you've got a confirmation of successfully verified by Microsoft. Then what should be the reason for asking for 10th years old domain registration invoice when you request partner/business service support?I have an issue with renewing my Action Pack, I've contacted Microsoft support through the partner center and they're asking me to provide them my domain registration invoice. I have explained to them the I am the registered Mean: Service Provider and I also request them to lookup (whois) regarding these issues they asked me to confirm my business are legitimate then I have send them Article of Incorporation, Trademark Approval/Rights, BBB Accreditation, Microsoft Ads Certified, and MPN ID but still they need my domain invoice. Onc of another representative who called me at the first time when I made a support request he was requesting me to share my screen and asking me to download a software that doesn't belong to Microsoft Store.
