Seems like my chat widget that was working yesterday is showing 500 internal error today.
Also, not possible to access dynamics custoemr service.
Any reason why?
Found the issue.
On the environment settings we are allowed to change the Environment URL. The change should reflect in the whole Environment, which it doesn't.
So, on the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Chat, where it says "Business Unit", it's using the old name and not the new name changed.
This is flaw on the platform where there are 2 suggestions for the platform developers to sort this out.
- Disable the Environment URL changing the name;
- Allowing the changing and reflecting it on the whole Environment.;
