I'm trying to get a Portal using the Dynamics 365 Trial to upload html content. Tutorials on how to do this have navigated me to the admin center, where I can toggle a Portal Add-on in the the admin center under the Applications heading. However, it just isn't there, as pictured here:
I thought it should be there like pictured here:
Is there something I need to fix to make this add-on appear to toggle it? I should make it clear that I am on a trial and do not have admin privileges, though someone on our team with admin priveleges was not able to get it to work either. Help is greatly appreciated.
When you created the trial instance, did you make sure to select "All of these" instead of just a single module (see picture below)?
I created a trial instance myself and was able to find it on my trial instance.
The screenshot from your admin centre shows you do not actually have a Dynamics CRM instance in your trial account.
Please re-create the trial account using the following steps.
01. Please visit
02. Select the highlighted signup link
03. And then click on the highlighted link in the screenshot below
And this should now take you to the following page to sign up for dynamics 365 CE trial, follow the steps and create your trial. make sure you select all apps or at least the app you want.
Once this is all configured, you should now have the Portal add-on options in the admin center.
