First post, so if this is in the wrong spot let me know. I'm not asking a question so much as sharing the answer to a problem that has recently spread among my customer base, my own system included.

Is your D365 App for Outlook add-in showing a blank screen when launching?

Steps to resolve:

  1. Close out Outlook and IE
  2. Open a command prompt.
  3. Run the following command: icacls %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow /t /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)L
  4. Go to Internet Options
  5. Delete History and remove the Dynamics Cached/Database
    1. It's under Browsing History/Settings/Caches and Databases
