Interested to see how other users are integrating their social media with Dynamics CRM.
We currently do not have any integration with social media and CRM so looking to see what is out there and what works well.
What kind of integration are you expecting?
Previously Microsoft used to offer "Social engagement" service. This service is no longer available.
Microsoft suggests to look in to existing solutions from market place: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-US/marketplace/apps?search=social
It also depends on your requirement and kind of integration you are looking for.
Microsoft still offers LinkedIn Integration add-on.

Alternatively, if you want to implement custom integration, every social media platform offers API and integration shall be implemented based on your requirements
