I do not have much experience with CRM Dynamics. I am working on a project to extract data out of CRM online and load it into a local on-premise database. I am planning to enable Change Tracking for Incremental data pull. Do you know if turning Change Tracking on will result in significantly increased storage consumption in CRM online (the application is expected to perform significantly more Inserts compared to updates with very little deletes)
Your response and help is highly appreciated.
There is no such details on the SDK that enable change tracking will increase db size: docs.microsoft.com/.../enable-change-tracking-control-data-synchronization
As far as I know only Enabling a change tracking for an entity does not consume the space in DB. Space will start consuming once you include the Same entity for DES.
Thanks Mahender and Akash for responding and help clarify my concerns. Your help is greatly
