I've got a request to import 60 000 Accounts from a ERP to the CRM. Could i use the Import Wizard with a excel sheet, or when do you recommend using other tools to migrate big loads of data, and which tool do you most often use?
Microsoft recommend limiting your import to 20K rows or fewer. You can split your excel into multiple files, then compress all your data whithin a Zip file. the maximum file size for zip files is 32 MB; for the other file formats, it’s 8 MB. Please refer to the documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/import-data-all-record-types
Also you can use SSIS with kingswaysoft connector.
Good luck !
