Hello Community Experts,
Whenever flow triggers an email is sent to leads, but most of them receives mail in spam folder.
The client doesn't want it to go to the junk folder
Could anybody please guide me on how to send mails directly to their inbox
You could try the following ways.
1. Let the leads to add your organization email address to the white list in their mailbox.
2. Configure the email rule in exchange.
