We are trying to Sync Field Services Bookings to Outlook Calendar following the documentation provided by MS but no luck,
Below are steps I have done for setting up Outlook Integration with Field Service to set this up in the system
I have also checked the Synchronize resource bookings with Outlook checkbox in user profile as well but still, no bookings are appearing inside Calendar.
Are you using Online Exchange or on-premises?
Do you have the Outlook connector app installed?
I believe that Synchronize resource bookings with Outlook has been or is going to be deprecated by Microsoft
