When setting booking recurrence to 1/10/19 the agreement booking dates are displaying as 30/9/2019. See attached images.

Are you using different time zones (check accounts and users)?
I never set to other than 0 however whats your pre booking flexibility set too?
Pre Booking Flexibility, Post Booking Flexibility: These fields are used as context to define the "Date Window Start" and "Date Window End" fields on the WOs which are generated from Agreement Booking Dates. Unfortunately they do not affect the booking date itself.
