How to enable the Geo-fencing feature for D365 Or Power-apps portal. So as a customer i can track my technicians real time location.
Geofencing should automatically be installed in all new field service instances. But what you need is not geofencing. To track technicians you need to look for a table called resco_mobileaudit. These records store the real-time locations of mobile users.
I read an article about that and able to achieve real time data to schedule board. But I want to add that in the portal. So, the requester can track their technician's location.
