I have create Field Service Agreement. Also select incident type. Incident create time i have add all Field like. Service, Service Task , Product all but whenever Agreement create time i have select incident that time not show in Service, Service Task, Product. Any suggest me what i to do ??
Can you please be more clear? If I'm not wrong, your question is the Service, Service Tasks aren't populated in the incident in the Agreement, right? If so, "Copy Incident Items to Agreement" should be enabled while doing the Incident Type setup.
If you had set up this, as you add incidents to the agreement, the related products, services, service tasks, and characteristics are added to the agreement and then to work orders as they are generated.
