Hi there, I am looking to create a new record once work has been completed for a follow up use case and was wondering if anyone has any ideas? I keep getting thrown a BAD REQ error. This error also means technicians can't create a follow up in the field if there is more work to be done. Thanks!
Is there any more error logs you can send?
Im going to take a stab that maybe you setting the msdyn_name as '1'?
You usually get this error when you populate a field with a text but actually need a GUID. Price list, WO type and service account are all potential candidates for this error, try replacing all with the GUIDs.
