I m assign field service rights to dispatcher and technician.
but i need to modified some rights because in some scenario we need to restrict to show 2 department show each other`s data.
so i copy stranded field service rights and assign to user.
then user not able to show field service app.
Please help me.

Please check whether the business unit of the security role of the Field Service app is the business unit or parent business unit of this user?

Yes Field Service Role and user business unit are same.
