I would like to know if knowledge Management is exclusive to Customer Service only or is it available for field service as well?
I think you can only setup a partner portal for field service so I'm not sure if the portal will create the knowledge base or if I just happen to have used a customer portal for cusotmer service in the past which contained the knowledge base functionality.
KB can be searched and accessed from other type of portals as well but you have to have the customer service app installed and configured, since the KB management is available in that app
I guess I will have to test this as well using add-ons as I would like to use the Field Service Application.
