I am trying to import multiple incidents to a agreement bookings. I want to import one incident for each asset. Unfortunately, the asset names appears multiple times in our Dynamics environment.
Therefore, I tried to map the customer asset to its unique account. (every asset is unique in their account) I couldn't resolve the lookup reference.
Is there another way to import this? Am I referencing incorrectly?
