We want to flow data from one instance to another on button click.
For example I have an entity in one instance on changing its status and on save it should get flown to another entity in another instance.
Hi Vedvati,This cannot be achieved through Flow because updating data through Flow requires the relationship between entities and the identifier of the corresponding record, but in two different instances, neither the relationship nor the identifier is exactly the same.
If you want to import data to another environment (instance), the Configuration Migration tool is recommended.
Ensure that the Entity structure of the two environments is the same, so you can quickly synchronize the data between the two sides.
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
I don't know the exact use case, but even though the records in the 2 instances have different GUIDs you could consider an alternate key to locate and update the "corresponding" record in the target instance.
