Dear D365 FS-Community,
I am currently investigating in regards to the new Wave 1 2021 feature "Appointments data included in core service scheduling". The feature is scheduled for GA up from 01. April, but is not accessible in an early access.
Neither it was presented during Ignite, nor is there any specific documentation available how this is technically realised.
Does somebody has further information, if the feature will be released and if yes what are the technical implications and constraints?
- Which entity is synchronized (Appointment and/or Bookable Resourcebooking)?
- Which calendar of a Resource/User is synchronized by Default?
- What is the Sync Direction (only Calendar to D365 or also D365 to Calendar)?
- Can the calendar be changed?
