i am trying to export a completed inspection form (Export responses) from a service task in Field service. but it just goes into endless circle of processing. (stuck)
any idea how to fix this problem please
I found that the Inspection Template in your screenshot is empty. Have you related the Inspection Template to the Work Order Service Task?
If it is indeed empty and not masked out, try to re-associate the two and re-add the task.
